Ajinomoto is company name that produces Monosodium Glutamate . It is a salt widely used in Chinese cuisine to enhance flavors, hence popularly called the ‘flavor enhancer.’

Maggi contains flavoring agent E635. The flavour enhancer E635 is a combination of E627 (disodium guanylate) and E631 (disodium inosinate)
